ants on my artichokes and caterpillars on my cauliflowers, novice gardener seeking advice on insect control on my veggie patch.
any advice would be much appreciated.

for your caulies, try using a very weak diluted washing up liquid, use your old wash up bottle. Dont forget to wash your veg well befor eating them!

ants, nightmare as far as I am concerned. I keep well away from them as I have a severe alergic reaction to their `bite`
take a look in gamme verte or the like for something from the gardening section, or try a google search,,,,,too late for me to be bothered on your behalf, I have a 5 am start tomorrow.
