What’s on over summer in Saint Cyprien

Even in the height of summer, with 6km of fine sandy beaches, Saint Cyprien is a must for paddlers and sun seekers. But don’t be fooled into thinking that it’s all about the beach…

As the 2nd largest marina on the Mediterranean coast, not to mention the 3rd largest in Europe, Saint Cyprien’s varied and unique summer programme is designed to suit all ages and tastes.

Visit the authentic fishermen’s village on the beach in the Quartier Rodin and discover a whole host of fun-filled activities, workshops, exhibitions, sports competitions and apéritifs.

Here are just some of the highlights

Mondays

7pm / 8.15pm and 9.30pm – live performing arts street spectacle including fire throwing, music and more.

Tuesdays

6pm – After beach, live DJ sets in place Rodin to accompany the setting sun

7pm – Night market in the village

9pm – Sardane dancing in place de la République

Wednesdays

6pm – After beach, live DJ sets in place Rodin to accompany the setting sun

7pm / 8.15pm and 9.30pm – live performing arts street spectacle including fire throwing, music and more.

Thursdays

5pm – Guided bike tour of the village, leaves from place de la Mairie (5€ / 10€ with bike hire)

6pm – After beach, live DJ sets in place Rodin to accompany the setting sun

9pm – Les jeudis au village, free live concerts in place de la République.

Fridays

7pm – Les Amourades, giant sardinade (sardines on the BBQ) with musical entertainement in place Rodin. (10€)

7pm / 8.15pm and 9.30pm – live performing arts street spectacle including fire throwing, music and more.

Saturdays

11am – Balade à vélo gourmande, discover the mouth-watering produce of the local area with a guided bike tour leaving from place de la Mairie (10€)

Sundays

6pm – Jardin en scène, live concerts in the beautiful botanical gardens
