Le Galie Originally from Normandy, chef, Benjamin Bakir always dreamt of settling in the sunny south of France. In 2009, he made his dreams a reality, setting up his first restaurant in Calces.
7 years ago, he moved his creative, elegant cuisine to Prades and in 2013 was admitted into the prestigious Tocques Blanches association, becoming a Maître chef the following year.
With his wife, Galie, front of house, the pair and their team offer a delicious menu inspired by the seasons.
