Vins de Femmes – a must for wine lovers!

At Vins de Femmes you can discover some of the region’s most exciting female winemakers while raising money for charity at the same time!

Their first event last year in Montescot raised precious funds for a cause dear to our hearts: Cancer Support France.

This year, the twelve local vigneronnes are joining forces in Elne at the Domain Sol Payré in aid of another worthy cause: the fight against endometriosis.

Endometriosis is a common chronic condition that is often unrecognised and diagnosed late. According to the French Ministry of Solidarity and Health, one woman in ten suffers from the condition.

Help improve awareness and understanding, and enjoy a tipple while you’re at it, at this evening of tastings on Friday 24th September.

All proceeds from the wine bar and 20% of individual bottle sales will go to the cause – so it really is worth getting involved.
