Extras wanted for Ridley Scott’s latest blockbuster
British film producer, Sir Ridley Scott, is best known for his atmospheric, highly concentrated cinematic style. Director of huge box office hits including Robin Hood, Alien and Gladiator, this is Hollywood A-List at its finest.
In 2020, Scott will be filming his latest venture, The Last Duel; a Medieval tale of not-so-chivalrous knights. In 1386, Knight Jean de Carrouges from Normandy returns from the war. His wife accuses his best friend of raping her. King Charles VI decides the fate of the prosecution by a duel between the two men.
Ridley, along with superstars Matt Damon and Adam Driver, will be coming to Narbonne for 3 days of filming in the springtime of 2020. And the best news? They need extras!!
But there’s no time to waste… castings are being held in Narbonne THIS WEEK!
If you fancy your 15 minutes (non-contractual) of fame, head to the Parc des Sports and take part in the auditions. The casting will be open everyday until Friday from 10am to 12pm or from 2pm to to 6pm.
A decision will be made after closing the auditions on Friday so everyone has a fair chance. And with 250 roles up for grabs, your chances at making the cut are higher than normal!!
That said, the criteria are fairly precise:
- Men : fair complexion, long hair, aged 17 to 80
- Women : long, uncoloured hair (no dreadlocks), no visible piercings/tattoos, aged 16 to 40
What have you got to lose?
