She’ll put in your message (e.g. Trouvé – très beau chat, mâle, castré, etc. etc. . Cherche foyer. URGENT. Tel ……) There is absolutely no charge and the ad will stay in for 2 or 3 days.

…..contact your local vets and the ‘mairie’ in the commune where the animal was lost/last seen
…..If the animal has a tattoo, phone the Centrale Canine: *08 10 778 778.* They’re often very busy so don’t give up. They’ll find the owner & inform them that the pet has been found. They won’t tell you the name/address of the owner for some reason…….
…..take a ‘found’ animal to the local vet to see if he/she is chipped
