Excellent customer service! We used their services earlier in the year to copy a “security” key to our flat on Port Argeles. The copy key(s) didn’t work too well so we phoned back for advice. Steve said he would drop by on his way home & check out the lock etc. It transpired the lock was worn (one of our existing keys was not great either) & he replaced the barrel, supplying new keys + 2 spares. When asked what we were due for the visit & replacement barrel he said ” no problem – part of the service – I’ll dismantle the old lock out of interest when I get time”.
Always helpful and will give it a go.
