Vide greniers

If you love a good car boot sale (or you’ve got a few things at home you’d like to clear out), it’s well worth checking out the vide-greniers happening around the region. Most take place on Sundays, and they’re a brilliant way to pick up bargains, discover hidden gems, and enjoy a morning out.

If you’d like to sell at a vide-grenier, you’ll usually need to register in advance and provide proof of identity when signing up. For details, contact the mairie or tourist office in the commune where the vide-grenier is being held.

PLEASE NOTE: Dates can change depending on weather and other factors. We strongly recommend confirming with the tourist office or mairie a few days beforehand — our information is only as accurate as what is shared with us.

Banyuls-sur-Mer (Avenue de la République) – Friday summer brocante overlooking the seafront.

Rivesaltes (Karting Roussillon) – Sunday vide-grenier (one of the department’s largest).

Thuir (Place Gabriel Péri) – Sunday antiques and brocante market.

Villelongue-de-la-Salanque – Sunday vide-grenier behind the children’s park.

Elne (Ancien Collège) – Basket Club vide-grenier.

Ponteilla (Parking École Gaudí) – Community vide-grenier organised by the Foyer Rural.

Saleilles (Boulevard du 8 Mai 1945) – Lions Club Saint-Cyprien Doyen charity vide-grenier.

Perpignan (Place Arago & Quai Vauban) – Large city-centre brocante with professional antique and vintage traders.

    Vide Grenier. Saint Jean Pla de Corts a l’école maternelle.
    Ce vide grenier est organisé par l’équipe de Rugby loisir de Saint Jean Pla de Corts, le Cairou XV.

  2. Vide grenier Torreilles this Sunday, rearranged after cancellation due to rain, yes rain, earlier in year

  3. We visited Mas Bresson today, and there was no sign of a vide grenier anywhere. Just so you know.
