Catalan Dragons v. St Helens

Camp Nou, famous ground of F.C. Barcelona, will host a huge event in the Super league calendar on Saturday 18th May. Josep Maria Bartomeu, president of Barcelona F.C. invited the two clubs to hold a match between the 2018 winners of the Challenge Cup, the Catalan Dragons from Perpignan & winners of the league, Wigan Warriors.

The Camp Nou is the largest ground in Europe (99,000 + capacity) & has hosted World Cup matches, Olympic competitions, Top Fourteen rugby 15 aside as well as a Michael Jackson concert & Mass by Pope Paul the second.

Both Bernard Guasch, Catalans President & Ian Lenagan, chairman & owner of Wigan are proud to be part of this historic moment for Rugby 13 aside in this emblematic Stadium. But it’s the players on the pitch and the fans that will drink in the atmosphere also.
