This old story always makes me smile.
We all learn differently, and as we grow older, one of the greatest blocks to learning is memory. And yet many of us can still sing along to new songs – and remember the words!
This French version of Abba’s ‘The Winner Takes it All’ was brought out by Mireille Mathieu in 1981, in collaboration with ABBA themselves, who both produced it and sang in the backing group.
Bad (and rude!) joke but good for your French – don’t read if you’re of a prim and proper disposition, otherwise, enjoy the ride 😉
