Fête de l’Huile d’Olive
For 18 years, the commune of Sorède and the Chamber of Agriculture have been organising the annual Fête de l’huile d’olive (olive oil festival), which has become increasingly popular over the years.
This year the event will bring together producers of olive oil and local, terroir products, showcasing regional savoir-faire.
Join the party in the gardens of the Mairie on Sunday 7th April from 10am to 8pm.
Wander the open-air farmers’ market, the stalls laden with olive oil, tapenades, olives, honeys, jams, wines, fruit juices, almonds, cheeses, meat, saffron, plants…
There’ll be prizes to win, sardanes, lunch, music ….and lot of tasters!
