Perpignan
Têt en Fête (10 July – 16 August 2026) – Enjoy six weeks of summer fun with live music, concerts, food stalls, guinguettes, wine tastings, dance evenings and family entertainment in a relaxed riverside setting. Free entry and a lively atmosphere make it one of the region’s must-visit summer events.

Les Lundis du Jazz (6 July – 24 August 2026) – Enjoy free open-air jazz concerts every Monday evening from 9pm to 11.30pm at Place de la Martinique, Coudalère. Featuring a different band each week, these relaxed summer concerts are a favourite with both locals and visitors

Square Bir Hakeim, Perpignan
Les Mardis de Perlimpinpin (7–28 July 2026) A free family festival, featuring giant games, creative workshops, colourful parades, circus acts and live performances. Collioure
Les Vendredis du Jazz (3 July – 4 September 2026) – Enjoy free open-air jazz concerts, featuring a different artist or band each week. Set against the stunning backdrop of the Château Royal in July and Parc Pams in August, it’s one of Collioure’s most popular summer music events. Contact the Office de Tourisme for more info.

Grande Scène de la Basse, Quai Vauban, Perpignan
Les Rayonnantes (16–31 July 2026)Enjoy six free open-air evenings of music, dance and spectacular live performances every Thursday and Friday at 9.30pm on the Grande Scène de la Basse, Quai Vauban. This year’s programme features everything from the Gipsy Kings and Sinclair to classical dance, world music and a Queen tribute concert. .Contact the Offices de Toursime for more detail.

Perpignan
Rumba Na Mà. Celebrate the vibrant spirit of Catalan rumba with a month-long programme of exhibitions, concerts, talks and cultural events. Held across several venues in Perpignan, this free festival shines a spotlight on one of the region’s most iconic musical traditions.

4th July – 31st August

St-Cyprien

Monsieur Arthur. This popular after-beach venue returns to Saint-Cyprien with food trucks, cocktails, live DJs, pétanque, a Ferris wheel and a relaxed summer atmosphere. Open every evening from 6pm to midnight, it’s the perfect place to unwind after a day at the beach, with free entry for all.

5th – 10th July

Perpignan 

Les Scènes Étoilées des Grands Carmes. Enjoy five magical evenings of free open-air concerts beneath the stars at the Église des Grands Carmes. Blending classical music with opera, jazz, chanson and world music, performances begin at 9.30pm, with a guinguette open from 7pm.

11th – 13th July

Barcares

Les Déferlantes Sud de France. One of France’s biggest music festivals returns to Le Barcarès for three days of live music featuring international stars, French chart-toppers and rising talent across pop, rap, rock, electro and dance. With multiple stages and a spectacular seaside setting, it’s one of the summer’s biggest events.

Sunday 5th – Friday 10th
Eglise des Grands Carmes, Perpignan
Scènes étoilées des Grands Carmes. Classical music festival with a contemporary twist, highlighting the remarkable Perpignan patrimony every evening from 9.30pm (site opens from 7pm with food truck etc.). Contact the Office de Tourisme for more info.
