Gettin’ Down and Funky in Canet

Calling all soul brothers and sisters! Dust off those flares and head down to Canet en Roussillon for a two day voyage to the heart of soul, rhythm’n’blues and funk!

The first of its kind in Catalonia, the festival is now an established date on the autumnal calendar. As the days get shorter and the evenings darker, Nova Ona helps funksters from all walks of life to keep the winter blues at bay.

Over the weekend of 15th and 16th November, you will be delighted by a programme bursting with regional, national and international (mainly anglophone!) talent.

With a jam packed line-up, artisan food trucks and the all important bar, you’re sure to get your kicks at Nova Ona.

The festival

> Nova Park : Vintage car park managed in collaboration with the Palarium Scooter Club and the VW Classic Catalan. If you’re an owner of a vintage vehicle, you can park right in front of the festival entrance and be part of the show!

> Nova Gardens : In the pretty little theatre garden, find gourmet food trucks, a wine bar, an artisan beer bar and market stalls selling vinyls and merchandise.

> Nova Room :  (Re)discover the theatre hall completely transformed with space for 500 people and a light/sound rig to take your breath away.
