Pizza workshop at Mas Cristine

Mas Cristine is hosting an artisan pizza making workshop (in English) on Sunday the 5th December, starting at 11am.

We are thrilled to welcome chef and restaurateur, Amy Ridonat, for a fun, step by step introduction to making delicious pizza at home.

You will be guided through the entire process from making dough to creating a fresh tomato sauce. A variety of topping ingredients (meat and vegetable) will be provided before the pizzas are cooked in a professional stone oven.

Then the group will sit down to savour the finished product with a glass of Mas Cristine!Important info

We ask that participants bring their own mixing bowl, rolling pin, tea towel and apron.

All participants must also have a valid passe sanitaire.
