Night markets
When the fierce heat of the day recedes, head to one of the region’s many night markets for arts, crafts, jewellery, food, drink, souvenirs and much more besides.
Many of the markets actually start mid-June and run through until mid-September, but perhaps not at full capacity. Either way, it’s still a very pleasant way to spend an evening, especially when combined with dinner, ice cream or drinks in the various towns.
Markets usually take place from around 6pm – midnight, but can start earlier and finish later.
In the list below, markets listed in black have been checked and confirmed for 2023 with the various Offices de Tourisme. If it’s showing in grey, it happened last year but so far we haven’t been able to confirm for this year.
If you hear of anything different, or anything we’ve missed, please let us know.
