Eight years of sausage making
As a result of an ongoing family illness, I have had to give up the sausage and bacon business to become the full time carer of my father in law. This could be a matter of a few weeks, or more likely several months, during which I will be unable to continue trading in France.

I should like to thank all of my customers, those who have been with me since the start, and indeed those who have only just started buying from me. I will miss you all; many of you have become good friends. I also wish to thank those who have helped me with the business, particularly Kate at PO, and those such as Jon and Rachel at Treloar who have acted as organisers of drop offs of produce.
