Here are some interesting rental statistics from a property owner in Port Vendres.
| We have had a slow flow and nothing like the interest last year in enquiries from France, but we have found that the enquiries have been more productive ratio wise. Last year we had a total of 70 enquires resulting in 21 bookings (30%) by this time and this year it is 39 enquiries with 22 bookings (56%). We have received notification from Holiday rentals both years that we are top performers for enquires for the region. I have found that the reservations are world wide: USA, Canada, Australia, Romania, Netherlands, Germany, France this year and quite a different profile from last. |
