WATER RESTRICTION UPDATE: OCTOBER 2025

(UPDATE FROM THE PRÉFECTURE October 1st 2025

In September, rainfall was low but steady. Thanks to the ‘combined efforts of local authorities and economic actors’  to save water over the summer, the overall situation in the P-0has improved, with most alert zones now at lower severity levels.

🚰 After consulting the Water Resource Committee, the prefect has adjusted water use restrictions. A new prefectural decree sets these rules, valid until December 31, 2025.

⚠️ However, the situation remains fragile, and additional measures may be introduced in the coming weeks if needed, in consultation with water users.
