1) Harvest workshop : at the saffron field at Espira de Conflent just above Marquixanes
2) Pruning/dehydration workshop : at Perpignan Polygone Nord (near Botanic)
For those who are really enthusiastic, it is possible to participate to both workshops the same day or on different days.
