Sentier littoral closed for fire repairs
Following the fire between Cerbère and Banyuls sur Mer on Sunday 15th April, sections of the sentier littoral walking track have been closed for repairs and maintenance.
For safety reasons, a detour has been put in place between Cap Rédéris and plage de la Peyrefite and the track between the village of Aloès and Cap Canadell is closed until further notice.
You can take a look at the map below (which doesn’t enlarge well unfortunately – not our creation!) but please do be carfeful and follow all signs and directions along the way.

Or, better yet, why not do the northern part of the track between Port Vendres and the baie de Paulilles, where there are no issues at all?!
