The Spring exhibition at the Musée d’art moderne de Ceret is dedicated to the intriguing works of Joan Ponç, a Catalan artist whose paintings resemble both the distortions of Dali and the fantasy of Miro. And then there is the devil.

A new book of English poetry has just been published by H.M. Hargreaves, 50 poems titled “If I but Knew…” reflecting various life experiences, from gently walking on Cromer beach to finding yourself in an untenable situation.

Spotted any new (or should that be old?) faces of late while strolling the streets of Céret? These faces are acrylic, and they make their appearance on walls and the sides of buildings scattered round the town centre.
